What is a Virtual Calming Space?

In this virtual calming "room," you will find music, sounds, videos, images, meditations, activities, and resources to support your mental and emotional well being.  Maybe you're feeling stressed out about a big exam coming up, or maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by the current state of world, or maybe you're just not having a great day.  Either way, these resources are yours to explore and share.  We hope this virtual calming space will help you feel more grounded and ready to take on any challenge that might be in front of you.
